Had facet joint injections today

Hi guy's

Had the facet joint injections today in c6/ c7 on both joints well it was a bit uncomfortable but manageable I'm now home feel like iv been battered by a cricket bat. 

Aww well il soon find out if they help in 5 _7 days when the steroid kicks in I really hope they help
