Serious back pain

Hi ive got a recently started getting severe back pain i think it is due to mma also someone fell on me and i felt a pop in my back. Anyone got advice on what i should do

Thanks. I have been to to my GP they made me lay on the floot and called a ambulance they put me on a spinal board and in a neck brace i was wondering what was going on they told me it was precaution so i went with it and when we got to hospital got checked in then got taken to get a x-ray they told me that nothing was broken just that i had compressed some of the vertiba in my back.
