Hip and leg pain. limping

I have sincerr left hip and leg pain. i now limp and have to use a cane. pain is severe when standing sitting and laying.

See a chiropractor. You may have pressure on a nerve root which is causing your left hip and leg pain.

THANK YOU JOHNSMITH- I WENT AND SEEN MY DR YESTERDAY HE ORDERED XRAYS TODAY- HE TOLD ME I'D PROBALLY HAVE TO HAVE SURGERY ON MY BACK. HE SAID THE SAME AS YOU . SIACTIC NERVE IS INVOLVED. I KNOW, EVEN THOUGH I HAVE A VERY HIGH PAIN TOLERANCE, THIS IS TERRIBLE PAIN, AND I HAVE TO USE A CANE TO WALK.

Jeez that's exactly what i have im just going to specialist on Friday though didyou have your surgery?i kept getting told it was ssiactica up till 12 yrs ago by 5or 6 different Dr's then i was told it wasnt my legs started going from under me well one leg my discs got to going 6times in a year then more frequent, seen dr thats had same thing as yourself she told me right away it certainly seems the siactic nerve and its irritated my back causing herniated disc and referred me a week ago i got appointment for this week she said it was lucky i got her so she knew which bit had longer waiting list ,that was very lucky im looking forward to possibly being pain free almost at least soon,or am i hoping for to much do you think?
