Back pain

When I sneeze I have back pain upper that shakes my whole body. I have had almost every test imaginable including MRI, Ct and injections in my back. After i sneeze it triggers a lot of pain. Help.

I meant to reply to this last week about sneezing and I went into a diatribe against doctors and forgot. so sorry about not replying sooner ,but I get problem's when I sneeze, but it's usually in my head and neck causing no ends of things in my head and yes in my back too , but it looks like you have problems in your neck maybe, have you had any problems in your neck or between your shoulders ??.
