hi Bob stomach still sore after having to go into hospital, so i'm on a de-tox if that's how it spelt just to empty my stomach to which i've not eaten until dinner tonight to which i've had a bowl of soup, one slice of toast, and my stomach and sugar level are a o.k, how have you been this last couple of weeks take care speak to you soon Alan
