Shouler pain

This last while I have been having pain between my shoulers. Sore to touch. What is a good rub to put on it?

Zheng gui Shi make a pack and whack it on.tiger balm .ice pack or hot water bottle

Tiger balm is good, deep heat and ibuprofen gel. If someone can do it for you, even better as the massage will help too. Very gently to begin with.

Once it's a bit better maybe think about why it's happened. Sitting hu nched up over some sort of screen ? Stress showing in tight shoulders ?

Stretching out and exercising your shoulders is a must for everyone especially nowadays when we do a lot of sitting looking at phones or computers or hunched up over a steering wheel.

I be anyone reading this could drop their shoulders quite a bit and pull them back . Not pulled back like a soldier on parade though.

I've been doing specific shoulder stretches for a few days now and it feels good. I'd neglected this for such a long time

Voltarol cream or gel is good for muscle pain but if it's deep pain you need to think about going to a sports therapist for deep muscle massage.
