Low dose Methadone- neuropathy

Has anyone tried low dose methadone for neuropathy? Any negative side effects?

Do you mean low dose naltrexone?

Not specifically for neuropathy, but it does mess with your endorphins and that does seem to modify your pain responses. I went from maximum doses of codeine to just the occasional paracetamol. The hardest thing was to get all the opiates out of my system first, as you can't take any opiate med with the low dose naltrexone.
