Hi all gave up smoking 6 weeks tomorrow. Had 2 days solid chest pain after first 4 days had ecg done was told everything was fine and doctor put it down to anxiety. For 4 weeks had no problems but for the last 5 days suffered with fatigue and chest pains. I'm wandering what to do for the best any input would be appreciated.

Chest pain
It most probably due to giving up smoking, your lungs will start to get rid of all the gunge.
In the mid seventies I packed in sixty a day it took about seven years to not feel you want too smoke and the lungs need time to clear, the only that can happen is when you bring up all the dregs. Be persistent and you will beat the cravings

I'd second that. It took me months to get clearish lungs. But do keep it up. Best decision I've ever made
You could pop over to the BLF group here on HealthUnlocked. They run a free phone help line for advice about any lung, chest or breathing issues. British Lung Foundation has nurses who specialise in your sort of enquiry.
