I saw this film last year on film4 about a guy called neil platt who goes from being a healthy 30 -something british guy with a great out look on life until he was diagnosis with MND you can read neil's blog of living with this cruel disease which killed his father the blog ends with neil's death

Its heartbreaking reading his thoughts and within a year of his son's first birthday neil had lost the use of his upper entire body .

Hope you don't mind me posting this but it really moved me reading his blog and seeing the film

Neil would wear a chuck Norris t shirt as he wear a ventilator to push air into his lungs

such a brave and inspiring guy along with his son and wife
