I live in Hedge End. I know there is fibrofriends at bursledon, though I haven't been to it yet.

I may be interested in trying to set something up. I am (was) a Snr Activity coordinator at Bupa. I have a couple of skills that could be helpful.

Hi Im in the Fareham area and my GP is in Portsmouth. GP referred me to pain clinic in Portsmouth which I started 2 weeks ago I am finding that helpful. I also attend a weekly self help Acqa group based at a hydrotherapy pool. If you want their details PM me. Dont know of any others but wish I did. Gentle hugs Joolz.x

I wish there were many more support groups around. I am in the Colchester/Harwich area and can't find one at all for those of us who suffer with fibro pain. It would be nice to meet people with the same condition and be able to compare aches and pains. Maybe even have a coffee.
