I am doing Exercises in the Morning for about 15 - 20 minutes which are prescribed by Doctors. Please suggest me Permanent Solution to solve this Pain Problem.

You might want to check with your doctor about the pregabalin. I didn't think that was a medication to take "as needed". I thought that to get good results from it you needed to be taking it regularly.

Hi, I have got the same symptoms as you for the past 15 years. It hasn't been until recently that I have been diagnosed with having Sacroiliac Joint Dysfunction. I take 4 morphine tablets a day, 2 pregabalin tablets a day and 2 400mg of ibuprofen tablets, when the pain gets unbearable I then have to take liquid morphine.

earthwitch is right Pregabalin is taken daily and not as needed.

I hope you find out what is wrong. Good Luck x

Most doctors do not know anything about exercises. You need to see exercise specialists.

An Alexander Teacher can help you do the exercises in the way they need to be done. Most doctors do not know anything about how propioceptors work. And NHS physios have a tendency to totally ignore the functioning of propioceptors.

Have you had the doctor send you for scans, mri or other investigative tests? My other half had an stomach op last year, and since then gradual back pain and thigh numbness in his left leg - in his thigh mostly. He is now undergoing mri scans etc, and we hope to get him some permanent relief. He should not take painkillers because of liver problems, at times he has had no choice. It seems he may have a compressed spine...but we wait and see.

I do hope you get some excellent help and advice too.
