Hi Lornallew,

I hope you're feeling slightly better today.

Unfortunately, not knowing what your diagnosis is, makes it a little difficult to respond. However, my rule of thumb is you must see your doctor if you are concerned about any changes you start to experience in your conditions - especially if they're causing you distress.

I'm assuming that your pain meds are not really helping with these new sensations. I will add though that nerve damage is the sort of thing that usually deteriorates over time and does often start to impact on other parts of your body.

Wishing you well.

I have pains from my knees down from Last June, was diagnosed with small fibre peripheral neuropathy in January. Am on the maximum medication I can tolerate and still in pain, the only thing they can offer now is a pain management program,go see a neurologist asap, mine was great, hope this helps a bit, stay strong and positive

I think if there is a change in your condition then that warrants a doctors opinion in terms of medicine dosage and other things. If you go with enough questions laid out in advance in terms of asking them when they think a follow up appointment is needed that would be best i think.
