i suffer from chronic myofacial syndrome which bacically means i suffer with involuntary muscle spasms ard my stomach.

i need 2 find someone who has this syndrome who can maybe give me some answers as how 2 deal with the pain as my GP or pain clinic dont seem 2 know

There are online support groups for just about every condition you could imagine. I just googled it and came up with this one dailystrength.org/c/Myofasc... but there are probably others as well. You might have more luck on a message board specifically for myofascial syndrome.

Hi Amberbamba, I have many conditions one being Fibromyalgia and Myofacial Pain. Have you been referred to a rheumatology specialist Physio?
