Can you help with a short survey on the impact of ovarian cancer on sexual activity?

We have had a request to promote a short survey on the impact ovarian cancer has had on sexual activity. We know from previous research and studies that this is an aspect of survivorship which is of great importance and significance, yet is rarely discussed and is poorly understood. We hope that by supporting the survey this can start to change.

Please be aware the survey asks some very personal questions, however it is absolutely anonymous.

Yes you need to print it out and complete it as it is a pdf. document. You can post it back or scan it and email it back.
