Had a good day up in London today , workshop giving feedback on our experience with OC from diagnosis, getting listened to to treatment and support etc....nor me it was great meeting the names which go with the blogg... Bugger bugger bugger. Thought it started at 7 and just looked up for route... It ends at 7 so now no point in going. So sorry Gill -- tbh am not sure if I can ever make something that starts at 4 on a weds weekday because of work Tho am still easing in and part time, I am particularly manic the middle of the week and it can only get worse.

Really hope it went well though
