Hi Amanda-Jane,

I haven't heard of anyone being prescribed this. I have looked into it myself but understood, even my own GP said this, it is good for palliative care but she warned me not to go in that direction. Certainly if you are on chemotherapy it could conflict with your treatment. I think it is something they are 'into' in Germany.

I have however spoken to a breast cancer lady who 'self healed' and mistletoe was part of her treatment,

Copy and paste - .cancer.gov/cancertopics/pdq... - for some info.

If you're in the UK you can get a referral to one of the homeopathic hospitals run by NHS. Any cancer specialist there will be able to help you - there are various treatments they use but I know they use Mistletoe - Iscador - but it needs to be a special preparation that only a medically qualified homeopathic specialist can prescribe.
