Hi Amanda!

Well done! Much better results than my yard sale. I am having a pate cheese and wine party next month with a raffle and a quiz. It is principally in aid of Macmillan because it is my version of the 'big coffee morning' but it is in the mevening and advertised in aid of cancer charities. I raised £400 at my 'Pimms afternoon' 2 years ago, if I raise enough this time I am splitting it with Ovacome because I have had so much support here!

Keep up the good work. You do not say which birthday but here's wishing you many more of them.

Amanda's birthday was a special one...it was the big five o (50th) ..if you look further down the page I wrote a poem on what she was doing..but we've had gremlins ( and still have) on the site.. so many people have missed it ..hope you are well love x G x
