PARP trials

Has anyone here been on a PARP trial? For anyone not familiar with these drugs, they are a promising new treatment for women with advanced genetic ovarian and breast cancers.

Thank you Ruth. Just so you know, I am not looking to pick up a place on a PARP trial but am trying to keep up to date with how they are going.

I have been offered a place on a Parp trial but have unanswered questions and fears so i would be very interested to hear from anyone who has been on one of these trials. I am currently just starting another course of chemo which is already given me quite difficult side effects so feeling a bit low right now. I have a disc problem in my neck which is ongoing and gives me considerable pain on and off so the side effects from chemo can just make life quite unbearable.
