Trials for first recurrence

Does anyone have experience of any of the following currently running in the UK:

DDriver Trial

Gloriosa

Soprano

Piccos

Any thoughts or feedback would be very much appreciated.

Hello PyjamaDay, my wife is on the Gloriosa trial in the UK. She has been well looked after and the treatment is going well so far. What kind of feedback are you looking for, and I can try and help?

I am starting chemo 27th Feb following first recurrence and would be keen to hear about any trials. I will follow this thread closely.

What 2nd line treatment are you being offered? I will be on Carbo and calyx.

Sewingmaz, My wife had her first recurrance mid last year and had Carbo/Caelyx/Avastin as a run in to the Gloriosa trial, in which she’s now receiving Elahere and Avastin. She is platinum sensitive, which is required for this trial. She was eligible and decided to go for it, as she would receive Avastin in addition to the chemo. When she was randomised she was placed on the Elahere/Avastin combo rather than just Avastin for maintenence - we hope this will have good results. thanks very much for replying, and glad to hear things are going well. Is your wife finding the 3 weekly cycle manageable in terms of fatigue, side effects, just general getting on with things? Has she had any eye issues or other side effects so far? and is the plan to keep going indefinitely? I suppose I'm just wondering how manageable it all is, and of course, if it works. Wishing you both all the best with it

I don't know anything about any of the things you mentioned but if anyone knows of any trials for recurrence in the peritoneum I'd be very grateful.
