📢 Just under two weeks left to sign up for Ovacome's annual community walk, “Walk With Us”, taking place in Cannon Hill Park, Birmingham on 28 September 2024!
If you’ve been thinking about it or are just hearing about it now – this is your moment to join us! 💙 People affected by ovarian cancer from across the Midlands and beyond are coming together for a day of connection, movement, and vital fund and awareness raising, to wrap up Gynaecological Cancer Awareness Month 🎗️
60 community members have registered so far. We’re hoping to see around 100 of you there! This event is for everyone – friends, family, neighbours, even your pups are all welcome 🐾💙
Pick your distance – 2km, 5km, 10km – or, if walking’s not your thing, bring a picnic and relax with new friends on the beautiful park lawns 🌳🥪
You don’t need to fundraise to take part, but every pound raised will help us reach our £97,000 GCAM goal which will allow Ovacome to reach over one million people with our awareness and information materials in the next 12 months 📚
Commit to raising £100 to snag an Ovacome T-shirt and wristband. Anyone who raises £250+ will be entered into a prize draw for a delicious afternoon tea for two! 🍰☕️
