My lovely mum is 11 months in remission stage 3C HGSOC. Last night she found a solid grape like mass in the side of her breast, she also said it felt a little like a stabbing pain.
She is BRCA negative. Everything online says ovarian cancer very very rarely affects the breasts.
I’m so confused and scared.

Hello there, Sorry your mum has this problem. It could be something as simple as a cyst, but do see the doctor,to allay any fears, sooner rather than later. I hope that this will soon be resolved for her. x
This happened to me too about a year after the first operation. I was seen at breast clinic and it was a simple cyst, they thought it became evident after the breasts changed due to the lack of hormones after the ovaries were removed. Get it checked (i am sure she is) but dont panic yet
