Hi. I can’t help with 2 years but I was on a clinical trial for Avastin back in 2007/2008 (12months). My main side effects were a blocked nose and muscle and joint pains. I found it took about 3 months for these side effects to resolve. After that time I was fine.

I have been on Avastin for about 6 months. My doctor never said how long I can stay on it and what happens when I get off. Are you on any treatment now?

I don’t recall any withdrawal from Avastin. It kept me in maintenance for years. Pls be vigilant w checkups. I had a recurrence after 6 years. Try to get CA125’s every 6 months.
