self-funded Avastin at the Christie

I am trying to gather reliable info on what it would cost to pay for a course of Avastin. I have run a search on here and other UK forums and the broad consensus is around £20, 000 but there was another recent thread on here where £46,000 was mentioned. Would appreciate any insights on this from members who have concrete knowledge about this specific hospital. Thanks!

I personally don't know but lm sure you'd be better actually ringing them lm sure they will be able too give you the correct information. Even the Maggie centre might point you in the right direction. Good luck love & Hugs SheilaFxxx

Avastin on its own is ineffective. It needs to be used in combination with other chemo
