hello im new to the community. Im currently on a parp inhibitor called rubraca, was just wondering if anyone else has had a cough as a side effect. Had mine for 3 weeks now. Thank you

Hi, I am on Niparib and also have a cough, one of the side effects. I take my Niparib just before bed, I was advised by one of my cancer nurses to take a Piriton just before taking my Niparib - and it works and I don’t cough, just sleep soundly all night. Good luck x

hello SKpaints1, sorry you have a cough I definitely would get that checked. I’ve been on Rubraca going on 5 years due to having the mutated Brac gene , I’ve never had a cough. Best to you always XOXO ❤️🦋Patsy
