good morning! My mom have big hernia near epigastric, on CT nobody wrote anything, sometimes they worte , sometimes not. That mean for than that is not nesecary, but for mon last time it is a problem, specialy at the morninga after breakfast she have problems with breathing, later everything is ok, and at the evening after food also all is ok. do anyone have such problem? And as we know when u have active cancer it is not ok to make surgery…

Do you have access to a clinical nurse specialist? See if you can speak to her. Every patient is unique and she should be able to access your Mum’s records and will have had experience of other patients with this problem and hopefully answer your queries.
