I am curious to know if anyone has this book or looked into this area

I did a quick search, in order to find the cost, and decided not to order it until I knew a little more about it (£70 ish is quite a sum for a book)

I've not read this book but £70 is quite a sum. I am interested in nutrition too but find that I stress myself out when I restrict my diet too much. I think finding a balance is important. However I would be interested to know if any one has read this book so hope you get more replies 😊

Hi Catfeeder, one of my friends adopted a very strict diet when diagnosed with bowel cancer 3-4 years ago. Not sure what the book was called though. You may be to source similar literature online, but make sure there's some sound evidence to back it up. Could also try the library. £70 is a lot, particularly if you find it's not that helpful once purchased. Good luck. 🌹

Thankyou, I am hoping it is related to nurturing your body through the right foods rather than heavily based on restrictions. The library is an option I hadn' thought of thankyou x
