Fine. Only noticeable side effect is drippy nose which can get sore.

That's encouraging. I'll be starting Avastin with Olaporib soon too. How long have you been on the 2?

I'm on Paclitaxol and Avastin. Started in Dec 2021. So I guess there is time for the joint pain. I bet there are some supplements to help that. Best of luck x

aah - bit different then, than Avastin and a parp inhibitor. Hope it continues to go well with no aches!

Hi, I trialled Avastin back in 2007/2008. I had ‘snotty’ nose which meant that most mornings I went through loads of tissues blowing my nose just to clear it (thank continued for about 3 months after the end of the trial). I had occasional nosebleeds. AlsoI had joint pain. Apart from that it was very manageble, I continued to work full time.I had a remission of nearly 4.5 years. X

My mom is on it - she has drip nose, had high blood pressure for a little bit and has had some teeth issues.

I was okay - had a couple of (minor) nosebleeds, felt achy but nothing that couldn't be coped with and carried on as normal as much as Covid allowed, rather than the effects of the Avastin! I had 6 lots with Taxol and Carbo and 12 lots alone (did have a break from it for a few weeks following a broken ankle as Avastin affects repair). Stopped chemo in Oct 2000, Avastin in August 21. Going for more chemo starting next week, but CA125 less than half what it was when I was originally diagnosed so it's obviously done some good. Good luck!
