Does anybody know - When taking Niraparib and it effects your blood pressure do they reduce your dosage?

I don’t take Niraparib but I used to take a med that did this and after a high reading the doctor panicked and took me off it. Turns out GP should have monitored me and got me on BP meds straight away. If I were you I would contact your team and see if a visit to GP to get some meds to control your bp might be a good way forward. That way you wouldn’t have to lower your dose xx

I was on it for 4 months and for the first 2 I had to record my blood pressure on a weekly basis. It did raise my heart rate and my blood pressure slightly.

I was on BP meds already and have had to ask GP to increase them, I decreased my Niraparib to 100mg but BP still high

My dosage got lowered to 200mg ,blood pressure was very high and heart was beating to fast, on bp tablets now and beta blocker ,but all good on 200mg ,blood pressure getting better

I wasn't on same drug but had major BP issues. It was up to my GP to treat the blood pressure and no mention of changing cancer treatment. It took a number of weeks of me recording my blood pressure twice in the morning and twice PM. and submitting it to GP who prescribed meds to bring it down. gradually increasing to dose I've been on now for 18 months.
