Seeing some insight again. Mom had stage 3/4 back in october 2019. Ca125 was over 110000. After 6 cycle of chemo,, had cytoreductive and HIPEC in July 2020. Was off any medicine for next 4-6 months. Her lowest CA has been around 200. For last year she was on Lynpraza. Her recent PET CT looks clean but CA has risen to 6000. Need advice on what should be our next course of action. Her Kidney took a toll during all this treatment and creatinine is around 2. Really seeking some advice, she is BRCA2+ too.

It sounds like you stay on the Lynparza/Olaparib until she gets symptoms or the next scan shows something. Given how high her original numbers were maybe this is just inflammation. Or it’s microscopic cancer. They can’t treat the CA125 number alone. What does the oncologist say?
I’m in a similar position only numbers are nowhere near as high! Ct and pet are clear but markers are rising! My onc is confident it’s cancer but too small to see - do we are rescanning in a couple of months. Good luck 🙏🏻❤️🙏🏻
My CA125 is still rising nearly tripled in 3months and after a multi team meeting yesterday it was decided to do another CT scan to compare with the one done in Dec now to wait again just need to know xx
