Now on Doxil, what do I need to know?

Well Hello,

Just got my CT Scan results and showed minimal progression and CA 125 at a 25. Because of it rose 14 points from last month and no movement since my last CT Scan they are taking me off of weekly Taxol and now to once a month Doxill for 8 months. Blessed that this is on my outer abdomen and not by or any organs.

Just wondering if anybody had great results with this, and anything I need to worry about with side affects or if any?

Fairly easy but Sun sensitive and no hot water on hands. Heavy hand cream. Possible brown spots on body. Hugs from france

I find it very easy to tolerate - fatigue and hair thinning are the things I notice most. My hair is thinning, but not noticeable to anyone but me so far I haven't really had any skin problems, but I do use moisturizer and sunscreen. Good luck with it!
