Hello

I am 7.5 yrs since my diagnosis and was cured with surgery but of late I have been experiencing groin pains both sides. My mind is doing overtime and Im concerned incase this is a recurrence.. has anyone had symptoms like that? I would feel silly speaking to the CNS if there is no need. Just a bit concerned

How long have you had the groin pain?I had it , and it was coming from my hip ( bursitis) I told my oncologist, he said wait for a couple of weeks to see if it settled down , which thankfully it did .I used cold compresses on my hip bones and rested.

I know every ache and pain sends me into panic mode .

Thank you, I do have osteoarthritis in my hips so maybe Im having a flare. To be honest Im worrying incase its my lymph nodes causing the pain. I will see how I go over next few days its not as bad today. Thanks for replying xx

Hi. I agree it’s most likely hip arthritis but I would get it checked it just in case. If it’s not cancer related you’ll be so relieved. Seven years is amazing!

Hi

If you are concerned at all please ring and get advice. You certainly wouldn't be silly. I'd rather feel silly than regret not seeking advise if there is an issue. Hope you get a good outcome. Big Hug XX Kathy xx

I think if you are concerned there is need to speak to your CNS. Better be safe than sorry so I would definitely make that call, I doubt anyone would think you silly.🤞everything is OK.C
