Hi. Does anyone know if Avastin is included in the new highly vunerable list

The Government's guidance on who is defined as 'extremely vulnerable' includes people having targeted cancer treatments which can affect the immune system, such as protein kinase inhibitors or PARP inhibitors.

Thank you julia. I have since received the text advising i need to isolate. This must be due to Avastin as i am 7 month post chemo. Thank you again and keep well

I think it is. I got the text yesterday saying I am in the extremely vulnerable group. I am at the end of a course of Avastin. So locked up for 12 weeks apart from hospital visits which they h a 've confirmed will go ahead. Good luck be safe stay inside.
