Had clinic this morning and I am pleased to say that my haemoglobin has risen again to 96 so I am able to continue with Niraparib 200mg. I take my tablets at bedtime and so far no nausea or other symptoms. My CA125 has risen from 151 to 256 in a 6 week period, my oncologist says not to worry about it as it could be anything, the plan is to continue on Niraparib and then in April have a CTscan to see if it is working well for me. I realise we are all different but personally I think that if you are unsure about giving Niraparib a try, I would say go for it! xx

Thank you Kathy x
The oncologists words " it could be anything" = positive outcome. Best luck.
