Hello

It's that time of year again in the UK when the clocks change, which means its time for an update post which I will pin to the side bar.

If you haven't posted for a while but would like to let your forum friends know how you're doing, please do leave an update in the comments below. You are of course always welcome to start a new post with your news, but it won't be pinned so may get a bit lost on such an active forum.

It will be great to hear how you're all getting on.

Best wishes

I am still on the Patriot trial for the drug AZD 6738. It has been 21 months now and I reached a partial response at my scan 2 months ago. Have had all sorts of problems which are related to kidney damage from the original chemo which didn’t work. Waiting for recent scan results so fingers crossed.

I’m doing ok on the hormone blocker again. After a break of a year off Exemestane it has worked again. Great eh? Xx

I’m still in remission from “at least stage 3c” high grade serous O C (confirmed as stage 4 on biopsy) diagnosed in 2011.

Also in remission from breast cancer stage 2 diagnosed in 2015.

Sending best wishes to you all X

I am back on Carboplatin after Letrozole stopped working. I started the chemo 3 days ago and so far am not experiencing any problems beyond hiccups and slight indigestion. Taking life easy. Best of luck for everyone on this forum!
