Health and Wellbeing Day - 28 September 2019

Just a quick reminder about our next London Health and Wellbeing Day on 28 September 2019 at Friends House, 173-177 Euston Road, London, NW1 2BJ.

It is free to attend and friends and family are very welcome to come along. You can join the day whenever you can, for as long as you like.

Agenda

10:00 - Arrivals, refreshments

10:45 - Ovacome welcome

11:00 - Talk 1: 'Managing anxiety after treatment ends and coping with the fear of recurrence'

12:00 – Talk 2: 'Understanding and managing cancer-related fatigue'

1:00 – Lunch

2:00 – Workshop 1: Dance class OR Skincare after treatment OR Ovacome support

3:00 - Workshop 2: Laughter Yoga OR Self-massage OR Ovacome support

4:00 – End of afternoon

If you would like to attend this event but need help with the cost of travel or accommodation, please get in touch with us we are able to offer financial bursaries.

We'll also have some stickers for Forum members to write their usernames on, if you'd like to, so that you can recognise each other and meet in person.
