I have new problem. Last evening I saw blood in pot n today blood is there. I had Iirinotecane dose last evening. Is it side effects of avastin or irinotecan. What should I do? I have informed my oncologist, going to see him today. But I am worried. It happened during avastin, now dropped avastin but what may be the reason? God knows.

Glad you are seeing your doctor today...Avastin (even after you have stopped) can make bleeding more common in my experience. Try not to worry..it does ease off over time xx

Hiya. I believe you seeing your oncologist (and maybe a bowel specialist too?) and investigating possible causes is the right thing to do. To be honest, blood in my stool while on Avastin would scare me too. All the best. Maus
