Have any of you ladies tried this and had any success. Thinking about it but not sure if it’s worth it. Very costly.

I had a molecular profile with Foundation One and think this should be standard. It will tell you if your tumour is HRD and if so Parps will be suitable. There are a range of other inhibitors depending on the tumour type and a very interesting paper on their websit. It will also tell you whether your tumour will respond to PDL immunotherapy.

Hope this helps

Thanks Bliney. Can you tell me what HRD means?

Two types of tumours, homologous recombinant deficient which includes the three BRCA types and PTEN loss. The other type is non homologous recombinant deficient including NF1 loss. See my previous post on molecular profiles and interesting paper on Foundation One's website detailing the range of inhibitors.
