This is to let you know about the next Ovacome Health and Wellbeing Day, which is taking place on 9 March 2019 10am-4pm at Friends House, 173-177 Euston Road, London, NW1 2BJ.

There will be a choice of talks on a variety of topics including:

Rehabilitation through exercise - Liz Davis, cancer exercise specialist

Managing menopausal symptoms - Claire Bellone, clinical nurse specialist

Intimate health and wellbeing after ovarian cancer treatment - Samantha Evans, sexual health expert and Founder of Jo Divine

Vedic meditation and wellness - Jillian Lavender, co-Founder and co-Director of the London Meditation Centre

Q&A with the Ovacome team

BRCA support and information with Ovarian Cancer Action

This event is free to attend, and friends and family are very welcome.

Assuming I’m well enough by then, I have put my name down 😊 I had a confirmation email - is that all it needs for the name to be registered? I wasn’t sure if there would be some sort of virtual ‘ticket’ to print out?

That's fine, if you've had the confirmation email then we've got you registered, you don't need to print a ticket.
