Introducing Julia, Support Services Officer

Dear All

This is to introduce you to a new member of the Support Services team, Julia Cotterill.

Julia will be helping me with all we do in the support service, so you'll see posts from her on the forum and she will be answering your emails and phone calls too.

The photo is Julia in sunny San Francisco but she will be based with me in (currently very chilly) Old Street for 3.5 days a week.

I'm sure many of you will get to meet Julia at the Ova to You events and Members Days throughout the year.
