Hi Ladies ,just an update whilst in remission we got married. My husband and son and other male guests wore teal ribbons in respect of all us ladies which was a wonderful idea and appreciated. We had a great day one that I will remember and cherish surrounded by those we love .We are looking forward to our honeymoon at Christmas on a cruise. Will send pics. Im never not aware of my misfortune with this disease but making sure I make the most of the good times.. PMA .. really helps . Take care all Suzanne xx

How wonderful - many congratulations, you look wonderful. I have been thinking of doing the same thing but scared to arrange as it normally takes so long to book these things. Jonathan proposed Christmas day 2017. We booked civil service in May whilst on chemo (2nd round) and I sorted rest out whilst recovering,a great distraction 😁. You can sort as quick as you feel.. If you have a good hotel that does weddings they sort most out. 8 weeks you could do it . Message me I can be any help xx.Ps dont let OC rule your life. PMA xx

Many thanks - it is good to know it can be done. You look absolutely wonderful - I love your outfit - another of my concerns is whether I could find a dress I liked in limited time but I guess that is secondary to the occasion. (though every bride whatever their age or illness must want to look their best). I, like you, am on my second round of chemo and have plenty of good days after the initial tiredness and nausea.

You are right that OC must not rule our lives. Wishing you a long and happy life together. xxx

Amazon has great options for dresses .. mine was a silver prom dress had jacket made 😁. Not too expensive either . Go for it . All the best tooxx x
