Im joining the journey.
Hi Abbys, welcome to the forum and hope things go well from here. Try not to worry and deal with the isdue when you get the full diagnosis. We have all been there and know how you feel. I have had the cancer you suspect you may have. Diagnosed initially 11.5 years ago and have just completed chemotherapy yesterday having had 8 years chemo free. I am looking forward to getting back to living healthily again as quickly as possible. Just know we are all here to help you on the journey. Lots of love and best wishes.Una
Good luck today abyss 135. Hope all goes well at your appointment. Jenny.
Welcome to our lovely gang of really helpful and inspiring ladies and some gents who support us.
We all know exactlyhow you feel, I truly hope your diagnosis isn’t OC but we are all here to support you and help in anyway we possibly can. In some ways knowing it’s the cancer that’s the root cause of all the issues we have had can be quite good in a weird kind of way, it’s been given an actual name, you know what it is, a plan of action can be formulated and you can start to take some control back, possibly sounds odd but I found that to be the case. Let us know the outcome of your appointment lovely ❤️Xx Jane
Hi. I hope you get your diagnosis sorted out soon so that you know what you are dealing with (or hopefully not!) Try not to overthink the outcome and try to stay of google as it's not that helpful and you will only scare yourself witless with all the statistics etc. Do please keep us updated. Much love. Kathy xx
Welcome to our friendly group. Any questions or fears you may have, someone here is likely to have the answers.
All the best!
Hi Abbys. Sorry you had to find your way here but still glad you did, and welcome.
Wishing you luck for the oncology appointment. Please let us know how it went, if you can.
Unfortunately, there is a whole lark of scans, doctors appointments, multidisciplinary team meetings and specialist oncologist discussions, plus sometimes surgery and biopsy before the nature of the actual problem is understood, and next steps can be planned. Getting through this time of uncertainty without losing your mind is one of the biggest challenges along this road, almost regardless of the final outcome.
All the best. Maus
Hello...hoping it goes well for you...keep us posted xx
