No not so far. Hopefully you will get some more positive replies.
Sandirara,
I had a mixed response with keytruda + taxol (good response in liver, bad response in pelvic area), and had to stop the trial. Some women have had pretty good overall response, tho. To me, keytruda seems to be hit or miss.
Hi after 2 keytruda treatments my ca125 has gone up, my dr put me back on zejula pills after first treatment to see if that would help, blood work later this week, I may have to consider chemo again, yuk, Hope it is working for other ladies, best wishes,Rosalie
This may be helpful. It is from the Clearity Foundation and I find their website to be very useful. It is American but still gives you clinical trial data results (as well as other information). It takes a bit of time to look through and digest but worth the effort. I would stay away from any trials with Epacadostat at this point as a combination of Keytruda (pembrolizumab) and Epacodastat failed recently and IDO inhibitors may not have much efficacy.
I had a very good partial response with Avelumab (Javelin 200 trial, Arm A). Unfortunately after six months I had to leave the trial because of slight progression but I then had a further six months of very slow growth until eventually I needed to go back into chemo.
I am BRCA neg and platinum resistant. Stage IIIc. My exact diagnosis is ovarian carcinosarcoma. I understand the carcinoma part is epithelial.
The trial I was on has now closed but continuing.
