Thanks for everyone’s suggestions. It sounds like I need Niraparib since I’m BRCA neg and that is impossible right now.

Only because the NHS won’t fund it. If you can find a trial which was what I am seeking out then you can get it for as long as it works

Yes..... if only it was available in Canada.

I wonder if it is worth trying the Olaparib since I have access to it at no cost. The carbo still works but can’t stay on it indefinitely. Dr think that other chemo won’t work any better. Started off with the usual Taxil and Carbo before and after debunking and then went back on carbo when I got bowel obstruction and had a stent put in and eventually had another obstruction and ended up with iliostomy and have just stayed on the carbo monthly for past year. Guess I’m worried that my holding pattern won’t last.

Not sure how expensive it would be to go to Seattle and get consult and the naraparib.

Maybe I should phone. I live in Victoria BC which is relatively close to Seattle. So many decisions and they cost money My oncologist not too sure if Niraparib is the answer but running out of choices. We are going to Mexico soon so want to be healthy and attempt swimming with iliostomy also.

Thanks Sandy
