Endometrial stage 3c.. Anyone else?

Hello everyone. I am here for my mother. She began her battle in oct2016 with a rare form of endometrial cancer. Apprently only 10% if women get this rare and aggressive type. Just wondering if there are any others on here to talk to. Mom is resistsnt to the taxol / carbo . she went through adjuvant therapy with brachial therapy for a month and half. The cancer was back with in a month and now they have her on doxil and insurance hasnt approved avastan but dr. Will try to get it apporved he says. Just wondering if there are anyone going through this too

I don't know about this type of cancer but I also have a rare and aggressive type which is resistant to chemotherapy. Don't be afraid to ask for a second opinion and also ask about clinical trials.
