I had this done they found tumors cysts and I had pain for years. Recovery so far good hope the bleeding stops soon pain not much swollen yes the gas oains still hurt

Best of luck with your continuing recovery. Surgery does tend to mess up bowels, so don’t be surprised you have pains. With luck and time they’ll settle down.
