Haven't had this happen to me but a friend did and she didn't have any more problems once the muscle and sphincter went back to normal in a few days after the procedure

One tablespoon of psyllium (pulverized corn husk, all natural) in a half cup of your favorite cold beverage before every meal should stop that!

How sad, let's hope you will quickly recover, like Jessfrog's friend did. Have you seen the Doctor about it? There are probably some exercises you can do to strengthen the appropriate muscles. Good Luck, love Solange 😊

Maybe speak to your team, you may find it is a common occurence at first and they may be abl to guide you. Maybe there are exercises as Solange has advised and also Tesla has good advice, All I can add is to be prepared for now, if you go out, bring spare undies in your bag,
