Hello....I'm also in remission after first line and can sympathise wholeheartedly with your feelings. Every little twinge sent me into orbit. After my last appointment I made a decision to try to accept what the Onc said..(not concerned ca 125 fine..see you in 3 months) and leave it alone. it has helped me to manage anxiety and look for more obvious explanations when I'm tired or twingey. Hope you have a lovely day today... this remission is precious time as we don't know what the future holds but we can enjoy today!! xx

Hi there. I knew mine had recurred when I found a swollen lymph node in my groin. But if your CA125 is 10 then surely you're in the clear. Honestly, I think you should forget about it unless your CA125 begins to climb. Best wishes. Pauline

Hi there, 10 is good. We all have twinges/fatigue which can be just due to just inflammation or other.

Thank you all . The doctor didn't seem worried he scheduled the CAT scan late October and I was just thinking to call and get it done . It's just so hard not to think of the monster.

Wish you guys health and happiness xoxo

I finished chemo in May 2016 and got my 'NED' scan in June. The following January my husband was diagnosed with oesophageal cancer so most of this year so far has been given over to his chemo. He is having surgery tomorow, an operation which makes my radical hysterectomy look like a cut finger! We are both very grateful for the good times we had 'between cancers'!

My point is this-please don't waste time fretting about a recurrence that may never happen. You never know what's around the corner!
