I sometimes get too busy to eat.. like yesterday, the kids had sports day so I was rushing around in the morning and didn't have breakfast, had a salad at lunch but wasn't very full so had been picking on fruit as we were planning to go out to dinner. On the walk to the restaurant I started feeling tummy cramps but dismissed it for hunger, but once I was hope from dinner it was full blown pain with sickness 😣 I feel a lot better now, the morning after, This is not the first time it has happened so I'm not sure if I should be worried. I have just completed my 6 rounds of caylex and carbon.
Thank you

I remember being ill after finishing Carbo. It takes our systems a while to get back to normal. Maybe now is the time to give yourself time to eat and enjoy your food. I would say small amounts more often . See how that goes and then visit your doc if no improvement. Maybe too much FRUIT????
If I don't eat very much in the day because I get too busy, then have a large meal later, I don't be sick but I often quickly have the most urgent and violent diarrhoea. I promise myself I will eat more regularly and more even size meals as I know this helps but I still have days when I just get too absorbed in the garden etc. I'm slower now but hate to stop before I've finished things. I find a banana a good thing to keep me going but, as Suzuki says, be careful with eating too much fruit!! Especially tough skins. Sad your meal out was spoiled for you. Love, Solange 😊
Thank you... The meal was amazing going in not so nice coming out! It's funny how meds affect us in different ways. I'm the opposite, I sometimes wish it would all leave my body in a rush but it just sits there... constipation is an awful thing as I'm sure diarrhoea is. Hope your enjoying your gardening in this beautiful weather. I gave up on the allotment this year 😕
Gosh, I bet the allotment was a lot of work!! I struggle a bit with our smallish garden. Does me good to potter though and be outside. My husband helps with the watering and grass cutting, nowadays, though.
Here's to your next meal being just as amazing but staying in you. 😊 Xx
