A little while back I posted to let you know about text messaging and Skype as further ways to contact the Support Service, and I said I would update you once instant messaging was available.
We now have instant messaging which comes up as a box on the bottom right-hand side of the screen on on our website. If you want to contact the Support Service via instant message please go to our website ovacome.org.uk/ and type in the pop-up box. It has a bright pink banner headed 'Chat with Us'
The hours are 10am-5pm Monday to Friday but I'll switch it to unavailable if I'm speaking with someone on the support line or I'm out of the office, in which case it would be better to email email@example.com and I'll respond as soon as possible.
