hi , I'm new here . My 25 year old daughter Suzie has the very rare small cell ovarian cancer which has progressed very rapidly to stage 3/4 since having her ovary removed in February.

Does anyone else have this particular cancer ?

We are very keen to hear what chemos others have tried.

So sorry to hear what you and your daughter are going through. I hope someone will reply soon with some knowledge of this. If anyone can offer advice they will, there are many caring and kind people on this forum.

Of course do ask the professionals anything and everything you think of even if it seems silly. I had a list of 27 questions when I first met my oncologist!

Wishing you the very best xx

Thank you . Its feeling powerless that is the worst bit. Mama Bear can't fix this.

Hello, I'm sorry I have no experience of small cell ovarian cancer but wanted to wish your daughter well in her treatment.

I'm sure someone will be along soon with their experience of this type if cancer.

Although I am not affected by this type, I did meet a lady who is and she had immunotherapy (Pembrolizamub, Keytruda) at the Royal Marsden. I think it is quite rare and specialised so maybe worth contacting some specialist hospitals
